Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

At TAJ Pet, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you or your pet are not satisfied, we are here to help. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and picture of the item. We handle such issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery date.

  • Condition (for dissatisfaction): We understand pets can be picky. Opened packages of treats may be returned if your pet doesn't like them, provided at least 75% of the product remains.

  • Condition (for all other reasons): For any other reason (e.g., you ordered the wrong item), items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns

Exclusions

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Clearance or final-sale items.

    • Custom or personalized orders (unless defective).

    • Products damaged by the customer or lost during return shipment (we recommend using a trackable mail service). 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@tajpet.com or call 480-382-2366 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., "pet didn't like it," "damaged upon arrival").  Please include pictures of product.

  • Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  • Ship Item: Package the item securely and send it to our return address:

    Please include the RMA number inside the package. 

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, typically within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect.
